Do not use Glen C Bell for appraisals
This guy was assigned to do my appraisal by the VA. He had 10 days to get it done, and there was excuse after excuse on why he did not do it in time. My closing date was changed 3 times which cost me more money in rent and storage. Obviously this guy is extremely lazy and does not care about the hardship he has put my family and I in. Please, whatever you do.....do not use this lazy, inconsiderate person to do your appraisal.
